In 2024, SkyOBD INC expanded beyond fleet tracking and VoIP to include commercial property maintenance as part of a broader set of services for business customers. The transition was led by the operations team, with Operational Manager Alexander Nacady helping guide the change and organize the company around clear commercial service lines.
Today, that team effort shows up in how services are grouped, how customers are onboarded, and how the platform and service teams support daily operations rather than just selling hardware.
